NOVA ARCIS DEVELOPMENT respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. For visitors in the European Union and elsewhere, we follow the same care in line with the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What this website handles

On the public website we handle only the following.

  • Your cookie choice. One necessary cookie remembers whether you chose Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Don't accept, so the notice does not return on every page.
  • Language. A necessary cookie remembers the language of the public site (English, Georgian, Arabic, or Russian) after you select it.
  • An enquiry you choose to send. If you ask about a residence, we receive the name, phone number, email address if you provide one, any note you write, and the residence you asked about. We use that only to reply and to handle the request.

We do not ask for special-category data such as health, biometric, or political information. We do not run advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or social-media pixels on this consumer website.

We do not sell your data

NOVA ARCIS DEVELOPMENT does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. We do not share enquiry details with data brokers or for anyone else's marketing. Access inside the company is limited to people who need it to respond to you.

Your three choices
